MFA 5+ Inspiration Series March 2022
In March 2022, ThinkPremiumDigital joined 400+ MFA members and special guests across Sydney & Melbourne at the 5+ Inspiration Series to discuss leadership traits of a modern changer.
We were joined by AFL Coach and Disability & Mental Health Advocate, Beau Vernon, who is passionate about making change through integration into the workplace. Also bringing inspiration and new perspectives to the group was BP Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Asia Pacific, Sonia Harvey, who has spent over 20 years driving change for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. They each shared their own experiences of being the very best leader and change maker by being the best version of themselves, while challenging preconceptions we may hold.
Beau and Sonia were joined onstage in Sydney by UM CEO Anathea Ruys and in Melbourne by PHD MD Simon Lawson, for an in-depth discussion and audience Q&A, to further inspire the MFA 5+ community to consider and strengthen their own leadership traits, while understanding that everyone’s journey and life experiences are different.
ThinkPremiumDigital is proud to support the MFA 5+ Inspiration Series that aims to motivate, educate, challenge and connect MFA 5+ members.
